FAQ

Everything people usually ask us before ordering. If yours isn’t here, drop us a line — we’re friendly.

What kind of puzzles do you sell?

Mechanical puzzle boxes from Escape Welt and iDventure. Think escape room in a box: you unbox it, then spend a happy evening actually unlocking it. No jigsaws here.

How hard are they?

Each one is marked Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced or Expert, with a rough solve time. If it’s a gift and you’re not sure, Intermediate is a lovely safe middle.

How long do they take?

Most of what we stock is around 1–2 hours, and a few run to 2–4. It’s an evening in, not a month on the dining table.

What’s in the box?

The puzzle and the instructions. No apps, no batteries, no extra tools to hunt down.

Do you ship to the UK?

We do. UK orders go with Royal Mail and usually land within 3–5 days of dispatch, and anything over £50 ships free.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, happily. Postage is worked out at checkout, and prices can show in pounds, euros or dollars.

Can I return a puzzle?

Not once it’s been opened or solved, sorry — that’s the nature of a puzzle. If it turns up damaged or a mechanism isn’t behaving, tell us and we’ll replace it.

Do I need an account to order?

Not at all. Guest checkout is on, so you can be in and out in a minute.

Do you sell gift cards?

We do, starting at £20 — handy when you can’t quite decide for someone.

Is there a puzzle community?

Yes! There’s a Facebook group linked from the site. Well worth joining if you get properly stuck.
