UK orders go out with Royal Mail, and most arrive within 3–5 days of leaving us.
Orders over £50 within the UK ship free. Under that, you’ll see postage at checkout.
We ship worldwide too. If you’re shopping in euros or dollars, the puzzle price converts; shipping is still added at checkout.
Once a puzzle has been opened or solved, we can’t take it back — that’s just the nature of these things. If it arrives damaged, or something in the mechanism isn’t right, tell us and we’ll replace it.
